A commissioner requested that the minutes be amended to note planned future presentations on the capital budget and capital improvement plan and on the city’s capital projects tracking system; the commissioner said those presentations should be listed so there is a record of the proposal. “With that addition, I'll move to approve the minutes,” the same commissioner said. Another commissioner seconded the motion. Committee members voted in favor by voice/hand; the minutes were approved and will include the requested addition.
The committee did not record a roll-call tally or name any votes against the motion during the meeting.
