Kaiba White, who presented the briefing, said the City Manager’s proposed budget plus council amendments include a new climate revolving fund and an energy program manager position at the Office of Climate Action and Resilience. "The good news is that the Fund is being established. And the, I guess, you know, medium news is that there's $300,000 in it, and, obviously, we need probably tens of millions," Kaiba said.
