Letter opposing Assembly Bill 339 (item 8a): Ratified with correction, 5-0. The board ratified a letter of opposition to AB 339 that the chair had signed; the board corrected a misspelling of Senator Caballero's name before forwarding.
Delinquent utility-fee lien report and tax-roll actions (item 7a): Motion passed, 5-0. The board removed two paid accounts from the pending tax-roll list and allowed staff to negotiate repayment arrangements with account holders who appeared; accounts with no agreement by the board's deadline will be placed on the tax roll.
