The board advised applicants to supply outstanding documents requested by staff, including full application materials, all site-plan details and any health or building-department paperwork the board had flagged in prior review. Staff confirmed the matter is a SEQRA Type II action and no long-form environmental review is required at this stage.
The board set the hearing and asked staff to circulate the application materials and to confirm which room the Sept. 2 meeting will use. The board noted neighbors will be notified per the usual public-notice procedures and indicated the matter will be scheduled early in the September meeting agenda.
