"So the project before you this morning, zoning administrator Nicholson, is the Art House, mixed use hotel and residential. It's located at 620 Seventh Street," the planner said. Staff said the project consists of 22 units — 12 designated for hotel use and 10 for longer-term residential occupancy — and that the proposal is consistent with the city's Core Mixed Use land-use designation.
