Representatives for Nordic Village presented a requested change to the project’s street‑regulating plan during the Aug. 5 work session, proposing to shift a planned mixed‑use residential connector so it ties into an existing roundabout and moves closer to the village core.
The applicant, represented by Ryan Christofferson of Motor Village Ventures, said the change would shorten the connector, increase separation from existing homes, and allow expansion and consolidation of two on‑site ponds that the developer intends to use for reservoir storage and snowmaking. The developer said the pond changes are subject to dam‑safety, water‑rights and other state approvals.
