County reports Spark summer internship pilot placed 132 youth; HR to hire 20 participants

CEO Luther and supervisors characterized the pilot as a success and said they will consider options to institutionalize the program going forward. Staff indicated they will return with recommendations about making the program permanent if the board wishes.
