"This is a combination of nearly 6 months of work," staff member Dave said, adding the amendments touch most of the code's articles: "There’s 15 articles in the land development code, and we are addressing 13 of the 15." The commission's motion recommended approval to the City Commission and found the draft amendments consistent with the community master plan and Section 54.1405 of the Land Development Code.
