Hamblen County school board approves resolution to pursue $4.98 million energy-efficiency loan, authorizes Trane memorandum when counsel signs off

The Hamblen County Board of Education voted to approve a resolution authorizing the district to seek a $4,980,000 loan to fund multiple energy-conservation measures and approved an accompanying agreement with the Hamblen County Commission.
