Council approves rezoning items 9 and 10 with developer change to masonry standards

The Prosper Town Council approved two consent agenda items (items 9 and 10) Tuesday after the applicant requested a change to development standards for exhibit C.

Councilmember Amy Bartley moved to approve items 9 and 10 with the exhibit C change making stucco a secondary material (up to 20%) and staff to correct the packet language; the motion was seconded and the council voted 7–0 in favor.
