Granbury commission approves two-lot replat at 851 North Keith Street

The application, presented by staff member Cody, said Lot 3A R1 had previously been platted and the replat will adjust lot lines to create Lot 3C R. Cody told the commission the property is in the 8.4 residential zoning district and that the replat will result in two residential lots. "On 07/24/2025, city staff mailed out 19 public notices to all property owners within 200 feet," Cody said, and staff reported one letter in favor and none opposed. Staff recommended approval of the replat.
Commissioner Hayes moved to approve the replat as presented; Commissioner Hallman seconded. The chair called for the vote, and the motion carried.
The replat item was processed under the city's public-notice procedures and the applicable provisions of the city's zoning ordinance. No variances or additional conditions were reported in the hearing record. The commission took the formal vote after closing the public hearing and hearing from the applicant, who indicated he was available to answer questions.
The commission proceeded to the next agenda item after approving the replat.
