Board approves minutes, elects Wendell Davidson as chair and Eric Kee as vice chair

The Grand Prairie Building Advisory and Appeals Board opened its Aug. 4 meeting by approving the minutes from the July 7 meeting and later held annual officer elections.
A board member moved to approve the minutes as submitted; a second was recorded and the motion passed by a vote of 7-0.
During the elections portion of the agenda the board nominated Wendell Davidson for chair. With no other nominations and a second, the nomination carried by a 7-0 vote. The board then nominated Eric Kee for vice chair; that nomination likewise carried by a 7-0 vote.
The meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
