4) Rosslyn Gateway (Item 54) — PDSP and site plan extensions and associated vacations - Motion to extend Rosslyn Gateway PDSP/site plan term of validity through 06/30/2028 and to enact associated vacation ordinances (see staff report for parcel specifics). (Moved by Vice Chair DeFrante; seconded by Maureen Coffey.) Vote: unanimous. The board approved staff recommendations and will review a substantive PDSP amendment expected next month.
5) Notice of funding availability (NOFA) — ranked choice voting education and outreach - Motion to approve issuance of a NOFA for ranked choice voting education and outreach and to approve a template grant agreement; authorized the chair to execute grant documents in a form approved by the County Attorney.
