Izzo said he supported passage but wanted clearer reporting to ensure county-sponsored foundation dollars serve Greene County residents.
After the hearing the legislature voted to adopt the college operating budget. The clerk reported the result as 10 ayes, 0 noes and 0 absences. The resolution on the legislative docket is recorded as Resolution 239-25, “Adopting 2025–26 operating budget, Columbia‑Greene Community College.”
