SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. — The Sacramento County Planning Commission on Aug. 11 approved three land‑use actions — a use‑permit amendment and design review at 7904 Winding Way in Fair Oaks and two separate tentative subdivision/rezone proposals on Florin Road in the Vineyard community — by unanimous vote, with no public comment.
Kimber Gutierrez, principal planner, told commissioners that each item was “non contested” and staff was available to present if desired. Commissioners moved and seconded each item, and the clerk confirmed each vote passed with all members present.
