After a second and brief discussion, the trustees voted 3-0 to approve the dissolution.

The trustees had convened the executive session earlier under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G) for matters related to employment and conferences with legal counsel. The meeting returned to open session before the public motion dissolving the position.
The board's action does not include immediate information about temporary assignments or how payroll, billing or vendor relationships previously handled by the business manager will be managed; trustees said follow-up items will be addressed in future meetings. The board recorded no further votes on employment terms during the open meeting.
