“Our current Norman Public Schools strategic plan is for 2022 through 2027,” Courtney Scott said as she opened the presentation, noting the district is entering the plan’s fourth year and that an annual review occurs each spring. The board approved routine business during the meeting, including purchase orders and the consent docket.
The strategic plan is organized around six pillars: teaching and learning; safety and security; culture of belonging; maximizing the budget; recruiting and retaining; and improving communication.
