POST FALLS, Idaho — The Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency approved its consent calendar during a Sept. 18, 2025, meeting, including minutes from an Aug. 20 workshop, monthly financial reports and a fiscal year 2026 legal services contract that authorized transfers between agency accounts.
The consent calendar approved the workshop and commission meeting minutes from Aug. 20, 2025, and a set of financial items presented by staff. The packet listed tables totaling $11,808,107.04 and a bank activity report showing total funds of $4,408,834.30, a decrease for the month of $12,004.12. The agency also reviewed financial reports as of Aug. 31.
The fiscal year 2026 legal services contract included an authorization to transfer $11,837.04 from the Urban Renewal checking account and to move $12,004.12 in interest to the general fund, as described by staff during the meeting. Staff offered to answer questions; none were raised by commissioners before the motion to approve.
Commissioner Colas moved to approve the consent calendar; Commissioner Loeffel seconded. In a roll-call vote, Loeffel, Kohls, Crosby and Clemenson each voted aye and the motion carried.
The agency’s finance and policy committee reported it had reviewed the bank statement and found no issues. No substantive public comments were offered at the meeting.
