Summary vacations of easements: Council approved two summary vacations of public‑service easements: one at 4362 Highway 12 (vacation of a utility easement and an emergency vehicle access easement) and one at 3901 Heathfield Place (vacation of an emergency vehicle access easement not used for more than 20 years). Consent calendar and miscellaneous approvals: Council approved a multi‑item consent calendar that included contract awards for park and pavement projects, adoption of a resolution to establish enforceable speed limits on 29 street segments, procurement of radios for fire apparatus, disposition of surplus parcels and a variety of professional services agreements; the consent package passed on the consent vote.
