Riley County commissioners authorize package of legislative proposals to KAC

Riley County commissioners on Aug. 11 authorized county staff to submit a set of legislative proposals to the Kansas Association of Counties (KAC) for the association’s policy committee to consider.
County Counselor Jacob Hansen, speaking during the administrative portion of the meeting, outlined proposals the county plans to forward to KAC.
