The Doral City Council approved the site plan for Mahuti International Corp.'s Finger Lakes Warehouse at 2100 Northwest 90th Avenue on Aug. 13.
Michelle Lopez of the city Planning and Zoning Department presented the application, saying the 0.98-acre site (about 42,500 square feet) meets the City’s comprehensive plan and Land Development Code and includes a warehouse/office building, 20 parking spaces (including one ADA space) and two loading docks. "The site plan is fully consistent with your code," Lopez said.
