The Douglas County Liquor Board unanimously approved the name change of an existing package retail liquor license and associated endorsements for Harvey's Tahoe Management Company LLC doing business as Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, a property at 18 Highway 50, Stateline, Nevada.
Captain Stork of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office told the board the applicant had completed required paperwork and background checks and that the sheriff's office did not oppose the change. Commissioner Rice moved to approve the name change and associated on-site unrestricted license, caterer's license, entertainment endorsement and nonrestricted gaming license; Commissioner Gardner seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The board did not receive public objection during the liquor board portion of the meeting and had no further discussion with a representative from the business in attendance.
The item was handled while the board was convened as the Douglas County Liquor Board; the board later reconvened as the Board of County Commissioners and moved to the consent agenda.
