Oxnard committee recommends $504,003 IT contract with Paradigm Software for scale house operations

The Oxnard City Public Works and Transportation Committee voted 3-0 to recommend that the City Council approve an information-technology software agreement with Paradigm Software to support scale house operations for the Environmental Resources Division.
