Dan Ginestra, identified as community relations committee chair, presented a framework the committee drafted that would allow board members to hear governance‑level concerns from constituents in a short forum after regular work sessions. “The purpose is to provide board and community members the ability to get engage on governance issues and grant the board greater understanding of constituent interest,” Ginestra said.
