Assigned liaisons included: Member Fox (Embarcadero Seawall Earthquake Safety Program; CSA semiannual report; capital program), Member Larkin (2014 transportation and road improvements; capital program lead), Member Qui McNulty (affordable housing and whistleblower program), Vice Chair Crawford (2016 public health and safety bond program), and Member Pantoja (2012 clean and safe neighborhood parks). The 2011 bond was identified as substantially complete and placed on an internal tracker; the committee agreed it may not need an active liaison during closeout. The committee also deferred assigning a liaison for the 2024 bond until the program becomes active.
Members clarified that liaison roles would begin immediately and continue through the fiscal year, and the committee asked staff to circulate the liaison list for any final corrections.
