Riverbank officials present FY 24–25 CAPER draft, outline CDBG, ESG and HOME allocations

Letty said the CAPER "will highlight how federal CDBG and ESG funds were utilized during the program year and documents measurable outcome for, the jurisdictions." Stanislaus County is the lead entity for the Stanislaus Urban County and the Stanislaus HOME Consortium, and the county prepared the draft CAPER for public review.
