The Euless City Council unanimously approved two adjoining planned development (PD) rezonings on Aug. 4 that will reconfigure roughly 4.3 acres near East Midway Drive and Fuller Weiser Road for a 10-lot single-family subdivision and an adjacent private community center with a remote parking lot.
Lisa Payne, interim director of planning and economic development, presented both cases. The first rezoning (PD 23-5; ordinance No. 2428) covers about 2.057 acres at the northeast corner of East Midway Drive and Fuller Weiser Road and would rezone the property from Neighborhood Business (C-1) to a PD permitting 10 detached single-family homes on a private street.
