A parks staff member told the board the building itself is in place but that costs have risen, primarily because of concrete and foundation work. "We used almost $71,000 out of what was remaining for the hotelmotel fund," the staff member said, and added the board would likely need "about $80,000 to finish it" to complete insulation, electrical work, gates and gate openers, and parking-base work.
