Dr. Amanda Harvey, representing the High Speed Rail Authority’s cultural resources team, told commissioners the only change to the previously approved Belmont interpretive exhibit is removal of small recessed floor lights in favor of an overhead ‘‘Type 5’’ lumen fixture recommended by Fresno Public Works. ‘‘There’ll be no impact to funding source or point of service for PG&E if we do use this type 5 lumen,’’ Harvey said.
