ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. — The Elkhart County Board of Commissioners on July 21 took a series of routine actions, most by unanimous vote, including awarding a contract for a county sign-replacement project and adopting a supplement to the county code of ordinances.
Highway projects: Kyle Wagner of the Elkhart County Highway Department recommended awarding the 2025 sign replacement project to Michiana Contracting Incorporated at $532,910. Commissioners approved the contract and a related agreement and performance bond. Wagner said his recommendation followed a review of all bids.
