The approvals included three wall signs for the Nomad project at 2700 NW Second Ave (items 3, 4 and 7 on the agenda), a non-illuminated blade sign for Juan Valdez at 277 NW 20th St (item 2), and two related approvals for Oakberry Acai at 2619 NW Second Ave (items 8 and 9). The committee approved an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) for Wynwood Art Plaza at 128 NW 20th St (item 11). West Elm withdrew items 5 and 6 and will return with a consolidated submittal.
