Later in the meeting the council announced two executive sessions on pending litigation under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), each for 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. The chair announced afterward that the sessions were extended by an additional 15 minutes and that open session would reconvene at 2:20 p.m. The chair stated there was "no after action" following the executive sessions.
No ordinances, resolutions, or other final actions resulted directly from the executive sessions during this meeting.
