DeKalb County committee approves four-year renewal with Schneider Geospatial for property appraisal portal

The DeKalb County Board of Commissioners Finance, Audit and Budget Committee approved a change order to extend and increase funding for the county's public property appraisal web portal contract with Schneider Geospatial LLC through June 30, 2029, for a total not to exceed $250,068.
