Mark Herrick of Reagan Smith, representing the developer, told the commission that one owner, identified as Griffin, had become unresponsive and might be removed from the plat. Herrick asked whether the commission could proceed if Lot 1 were removed. Planning staff advised that a revised plat should be filed and reviewed prior to a voting meeting to confirm compliance with surveying and preliminary-plan requirements.
