Most significant, Ordinance 25-23, a rezoning of 1.284 acres at the northeast corner of Roberts Road and Alton Darby Road from R-1 (low-density residential) to HCD (Hilliard Conservation District), passed on second reading by a 5-2 roll-call vote.
