Board approves Navigate360 renewal with a 90-day exit clause for suicide-risk and case management services

The Madison County School Board voted unanimously to renew its contract with Navigate360 for suicide risk assessment and behavioral case-management services, adding a 90-day written notice exit clause after members raised concerns about the vendor's original multi-year cancellation terms.

Coach Williams, who presented the item, said the district already uses Navigate360's suicide-risk tool (the state-required risk instrument) and will add case-management modules to better track and assist students with behavioral needs.
