Staff noted the business is registered with the state and that Wilbur Grayson is listed as the company officer; the council asked for an execution signature from the registered officer. Councilmember Trish Tappan asked that the minutes reflect she would abstain from voting because of a relationship; the abstention was recorded and the motion passed by voice vote.
