Commissioners hear updates on Falls bridge, Pine Village and Oxford water requests and READY submissions

The Pine Village request would fund construction of an 8-inch water main routed under a creek into Pine Village; staff said the project is currently under review and is one of the county's READY-eligible projects undergoing state review.
Staff also said the county is beginning information sessions and preparing written materials for the state READY program and Smart Infrastructure submissions. Documents will be shared with commissioners as READY applications are filed, staff said.
