Board members noted the articles of incorporation designate the school board members as the corporation’s members and the board chair as president, and that the superintendent serves as the corporation’s secretary‑treasurer. A board member moved to include the registered agent role; the amendment was seconded and the full motion passed unanimously.
The board then adjourned the leasing corporation meeting and reconvened the regular school board meeting.
