An applicant representative told the commission the parcel has functioned as an office site and that a prospective buyer plans to continue the same use. He also asked the commission to approve the rezoning provisionally because the Rocky Fork panel had failed to reach quorum and the panel’s formal recommendation would be heard after the commission’s meeting.
Commission members moved, seconded and took a roll‑call vote. The roll call recorded: Maria Conroy — yes; Amanda Golden — yes; Pam Buick — yes; Dan Ferteland — yes; Janice Keith Shanklin — yes; and Chair Jeff Fitzpatrick — yes. The chair announced the application was approved by the commission.
Staff noted that the Rocky Fork panel’s recommendation would still be recorded when available and that the approval included the condition previously discussed on the record.
