Father tells board his son’s mental-health care at Roseburg High was mismanaged; requests district follow-up

Chair Minor thanked Sullivan for sharing his experience, reminded public-comment procedures and said the board does not interact with presenters during public comment. Board members invited Sullivan to submit written materials to the district for further review.
