The board moved and seconded the item and Chair Minor announced it passed unanimously.
The board then approved the committee assignment roster for the 2025–26 school year by motion and second; Chair Minor announced the motion carried.
All three votes were recorded by voice with Chair Minor noting each motion passed without opposition. No roll-call vote with individual member names and votes was recorded on the transcript.
