Larimer County commissioners approved four land-use consent items at a brief Aug. 11, 2025, hearing, the Board of County Commissioners said. The unanimous 2-0 vote covered two property easement/right-of-way vacations, a two-parcel rezoning request and adoption of an overlay zoning district for the Timnath Growth Management Area.
The consent agenda items approved were: (1) Anderson Ranches Inc. and Gibbons right-of-way vacation, file 25-LAND-4454, to vacate a portion of the right of way known as Beaver Hill Country Road (also referred to as Old Otter Road) on property between Anderson Ranches Inc., William Ray Gibbons and Dixie D.
