The council approved Resolution 2025-69 to sign Michigan Department of Treasury form L-4029 (final millage certification) for 2025 and then approved a set of related construction and contract actions: an increase to the 2024–2026 Utility Pavement Repair program (Res. 2025-70), a corresponding increase in construction supervision fees (Res. 2025-71), the award of a state-earmarked alley replacement contract to the lowest bidder (Res. 2025-72), and a construction supervision agreement for that alley project (Res. 2025-73).
