Administrative votes: The board approved the meeting agenda (motion by Gorman, second by Sturdley) and passed the consent agenda (motion by DeWille, second by Gorman) by voice votes recorded in the transcript.
Closed session: The board moved into closed session at 6:34 p.m. “pursuant to Minnesota statute 13D.03 for labor negotiation strategy.” A motion to move to closed session was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
