Hatboro-Horsham to implement Tyler School ERP Pro Jan. 1, 2026; staff training, parallel runs planned

Hatboro-Horsham School District staff told the board Oct. 13 they expect to go live with Tyler School ERP Pro on Jan. 1, 2026, and outlined training, change-management and operational steps to prepare the district for the new system.
Bill Stone, director of business affairs, said the project — called Project Hat Trick — is in its final configuration and that district functional leads and a project manager have been heavily engaged in the last phases. "Our folks that are most intimately involved in this project have 01/01/2026 circled on their calendar," Stone said.
