- Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CA25-2) US 380 corridor: Motion to recommend changing approximately 34.5 acres from Rural to Light Industrial and approximately 22.5 acres from Low Residential to Community Mixed Use; moved by Commissioner Garland; seconded by Commissioner Catcher Sid; passed unanimously 4-0. Staff said the change responds to multiple development inquiries and planned TxDOT corridor improvements.
