Board approves grouped finance, education, policy, negotiations and personnel resolutions; recusals recorded

During that roll call, several members voted "yes" on the full block while individual recusals were entered for specific items (for example, McGregor recused herself on finance item 10; other recusals were recorded for specific purchase orders and travel items as noted by board members).
Education resolutions 1'7 were moved and approved by roll call. The policies vote (a single resolution covering multiple policy updates) also passed; one board member recused on two subitems within the policies packet. Negotiations resolutions 1'3 were moved and passed; one member recused on the entire negotiations block. Personnel resolutions 1'1 were moved and passed; one recusal was recorded on personnel item 1 and another on item 19.
