Huber Heights public comment: resident criticizes Type 2 annexation laws and past annexations involving Bethel Township

He accused elected officials and developers of conspiring to limit citizens’ ability to object to annexations.
Mayor Gore told Moore when his time expired: "Mister Horford, that is your time." Moore concluded his remarks by thanking the council; no council action was taken in response and no staff presentation followed his comments.
