Associate Planner Tobin Barnum told the commission the extension request covers the previously approved site plan review (SPC‑22‑88), lot‑line adjustment (22‑89) and conditional use permit (UPN‑22‑90). Barnum said the original approvals were granted on June 15, 2023, and that the applicant “simply [is] requesting more time to prepare for submittal for building permit.”
